Williams (born April 28, 1993 in Grand Turk) is an Turks & Caicos Islander TV Host, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Turks and Caicos 2014 and represented the Islands at the Miss Universe 2014 Pageant.Shanice is the Secretary for the Crown Land Unit, Lands Division and obtained a bachelor's degree in Financial Management at the Turks and Caicos Islands Community College a few weeks after her crowning.
