Ryan Anthony Costello (born September 7, 1976) is an American lawyer and politician from the state of Pennsylvania. From 2011 until 2015, he served on the Chester County Board of Commissioners, and as chairman from 2013 to 2015. A Republican, Costello is the representative for Pennsylvania's 6th congressional district, having been elected in the 2014 elections to the United States House of Representatives.Costello was born in 1976 to schoolteacher parents.
