Roman Tredarian Quinn (born May 14, 1993) is an American professional baseball outfielder and shortstop for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB).Quinn attended Port St. Joe High School in Port St. Joe, Florida. He received a scholarship offer from Florida State University. The Philadelphia Phillies selected Quinn in the second round, with the 66th overall selection, of the 2011 MLB draft. He signed with the Phillies, forgoing his scholarship for a $775,000 signing bonus. A right-handed hitter for Port St. Joe's baseball team, the Phillies encouraged Quinn to attempt switch hitting.
