Nicole Fender Fisher (born March 27, 1982) is a human rights and political advisor, primarily focusing on health care. Fisher is a Contributor for Forbes Magazine, has spoken at the United Nations, and often appears on news and sports networks. She has also been council to political advisors like Doug Holtz-Eakin, former Director of the Congressional Budget Office. In 2013 Fisher left the public sector to create a private consulting firm focused on health and human rights: HHR Strategies, Inc.Fisher was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where her father was a fireman and small business owner. She received a B.A. in psychology and biology from the University of Missouri, her Masters in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, and is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of North Carolina.
