Martin Trevor Heinrich (born October 17, 1971) is an American politician, businessman, and the junior United States Senator for New Mexico, in office since 2013.A native of Cole Camp, Missouri, Heinrich lived much of his adulthood in New Mexico, specifically Albuquerque, the state's largest city. As a member of Democratic Party, Heinrich was the U.S. Representative for New Mexico's 1st congressional district from 2009 to 2013.
