Mark Aurel Landler (born October 26, 1965 in Stuttgart, Germany) is an American journalist who has been a White House Correspondent for The New York Times, based in Washington, D.C., since March 2011. He is the author of "Alter Egos: Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and the Twilight Struggle Over American Power" (Random House, 2016).Landler graduated from Georgetown University with a B.S. in international affairs, where he served as the editor-in-chief of The Hoya.
