Knute Buehler (born 1964) is an American politician. A Republican, he currently serves in the Oregon House of Representatives, representing District 54 in Bend. He is currently running for Governor of Oregon in the 2018 election.Buehler is originally from Roseburg, Oregon. He attended Oregon State University (OSU) where he played on the baseball team. He graduated from OSU in 1986 with degrees in history and microbiology. Buehler then attended the University of Oxford as OSU's first Rhodes Scholar before graduating from Johns Hopkins Medical School in Baltimore, Maryland. Wikipedia
