Kirsty Leigh Coventry Seward (née Coventry; born 16 September 1983) is a Zimbabwean swimmer, politician, and sports administrator. She will become the 10th president of the International Olympic Committee in 2025, being the first woman and the first native African to be elected to that position. She will officially be appointed on 24 June to replace Thomas Bach. Coventry is currently serving as the Minister of Youth, Sport, Arts and Recreation in the Cabinet of Zimbabwe since September 2018.
