John Allen Muhammad (né Williams; December 31, 1960 – November 10, 2009) was an American spree killer and former U.S. Army sergeant. He and his accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo, carried out a series of shootings across ten states between February through September 2002, killing seven people. They later moved their attacks to the Washington metropolitan area, where they conducted the D.C. sniper shootings, which resulted in the deaths of ten more victims before their arrest. <!-- see infobox --> Wikipedia
