Jeremy Scott Hefner (born March 11, 1986) is an American professional baseball pitcher who is currently a free agent. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the New York Mets.Hefner attended Perkins-Tryon High School. He was a first-team all-state selection as a senior. He also lettered in football.Hefner attended Seminole State College for two years before transferring to Oral Roberts University.
