Harish Singh "Harry" Sidhu (born July 8, 1957) is an American restaurateur and Republican politician, in Orange County, California. He owned El Pollo Loco franchises in Orange and Riverside Counties.Sidhu served for eight years on the Anaheim City Council from 2004 to 2012. He was the first person of Sikh and Indian heritage to have achieved this position. Sidhu also served as Mayor Pro Tem in 2012 and from December 2009 through December 2011. He was appointed to the Orange County Water District Board of Directors to represent the City of Anaheim. He was also an Alternate Commissioner for the Santa Ana Watershed Project Authority.
