Eugene Cyril Smith III (born October 10, 1990) is an American football quarterback for the New York Giants of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the New York Jets in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft. He played college football at West Virginia.Smith was born to Eugene Smith, Jr. and Tracy Seller in Miami, Florida on October 10, 1990.
