Francesca Petitjean (born November 30, 1962) is a French professional female bodybuilder who was active in the 1980s and 1990s. From 1998 to 2003, she had been featured in a number of adult films.Petitjean was the World Amateur Body Building Association World Champion (amateur, tall category) in 1989 and 1992 and the second (professional) after Gabriele Klug of Austria in 1990.
