Frank Dennis Saylor IV (born 1955) is a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.Born in Royal Oak, Michigan, Saylor received a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University in 1977 and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1981.He was in private practice at Goodwin Procter in Boston, from 1981 to 1987, and from 1993 to 2004. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Massachusetts from 1987 to 1990.
