Edward Randall Royce (born October 12, 1951) is an American retired politician and lobbyist. He served as a member of the United States House of Representatives from California from 1993 to 2019. A member of the Republican Party, Royce served as Chairman of the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs from 2013 to 2019.
