Dominic Day (born 22 August 1985) is a Wales international rugby union player. He currently plays at lock for Saracens in the English Premiership. Born in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, he began his career with Pembroke RFC before joining Llanelli RFC in 2006. He played for the Scarlets region for five years before joining Bath in 2012.He played for Bath for four years before joining Japanese Top League side Toyota Verblitz in June 2016 for one season and then Super Rugby side Melbourne Rebels also for one season.
