Devon Windsor (born March 7, 1994 at St. Louis, Missouri) is an American model.Devon Windsor grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, where she attended Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School from a young age. She was discovered when she was 14 years old by Suzy Gorman a fashion photographer who recommended her to a local agency, West Model & Talent Management, which made her sign a contract with them and Vision Model Management. This new agency sent her to Los Angeles in order to attend castings and shooting for Roxy. There she was noticed by IMG Models which decided to sign her to their new-yorker agency.
