Devin Lucien (born June 26, 1993) is an American football wide receiver for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at UCLA before transferring as a graduate to Arizona State.Lucien was drafted by the New England Patriots in the seventh round of the 2016 NFL Draft with the 225th overall pick. On September 3, 2016, he was released by the Patriots as part of final roster cuts and was signed to the practice squad the next day. After spending his entire rookie year on the practice squad, Lucien won his first Super Bowl when the Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons in Super Bowl LI by a score of 34–28 in overtime.
