Deidre M. Henderson is an American politician and a Republican member of the Utah State Senate representing District 7 since January 1, 2013. She attended Brigham Young University, and currently resides in Spanish Fork, Utah. Prior to running for elected office, Henderson worked on the campaign of Congressman Jason Chaffetz. She is one of several people who have announced they plan to run for the US Congress seat being vacated by Chaffetz.Deidre Henderson attended high school at Eagan High in Saint Paul, Minnesota and at Taylorsville High School in Taylorsville, Utah. She attended Brigham Young University. Henderson has five children, and is married to Gabe Henderson, with whom she operates a small business.
