Choi Min-jeong (Hangul: 최민정; born 9 September 1998) is a South Korean short track speed skater. Choi was awarded her first senior individual gold medal ahead of Arianna Fontana and Shim Suk-hee, passing through the finish line of the women's 1500 m final for second ISU Short Track World Cup of the 2014-2015 seasons held in Montreal, Canada.
