Charlotte Anne "Charley" Webb (born 26 February 1988) is an English actress. She is best known for portraying Debbie Dingle in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale.Before landing the role of Debbie, Webb previously appeared on the stage in Manchester in a production of Bugsy Malone when she was eight. She joined the soap opera Emmerdale in 2002 at the age of fourteen.
