Byron Froese (born March 12, 1991) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). Froese was selected by the Chicago Blackhawks in the fourth round (119th overall) of the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.On May 31, 2011, the Chicago Blackhawks of the NHL signed Froese to a three-year entry level contract.
