Andrea Pallaoro (born 6 February 1982) is a film director and screenwriter. His film Medeas premiered at the 70th annual Venice Film Festival. The film investigates alienation and its relationship to intimacy. Pallaoro won Best Director at The Marrakech Film Festival for Medeas. Medeas won the New Voices/New Visions Award at the 2013 Palm Springs International Film Festival. Chayse Irvin received the award for best cinematographer's debut for Medeas at Camerimage, the 2013 international film festival of the art of cinematography. Wikipedia
