Alfred Benjamin Gomis (born 5 September 1993) is an Italian-Senegalese professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for SPAL on loan from Torino.Born in Ziguinchor, Senegal, he has two brothers who are also footballers: Lys and Maurice. By possessing dual nationality, unlike Lys, who chose to play for Senegal, Alfred preferred the Azzurri.Nurtured in the Torino youth system, on 3 July, 2013, he officially made his move on loan to the Calabrian club of Crotone in Serie B. On 14 September, he made his debut against Spezia, which ended 1–0 for the red and blues. Despite his young age and lack of experience, Alfred played as a starter. During the season, he collected 39 appearances, plus one in the playoffs as well as an appearance in Coppa Italia.
