Alexander Dmitryevich Beglov (Russian: Алекса́ндр Дми́триевич Бегло́в; IPA: [ɐlʲɪˈksandr ˈdmʲitrʲɪjɪvʲɪtɕ bʲɪˈglof]); born 19 May 1956) is a Russian politician who was formerly the Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Russian Federation. He is a member of United Russia since 21 May 2013.In 1983, he graduated from the Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and in 2003 - North-West Academy of Public Administration.His wife is the chairman of the Civil Registration Department, St. Petersburg City Administration.
