Alex Marlow

Alexander Mason Marlow (born January 24, 1986) is an American journalist who currently serves as editor-in-chief of the Breitbart News Network. Marlow began his career as Andrew Breitbart's editorial assistant, a position which he held for four years. In 2008, he was hired as the inaugural managing editor of Breitbart News, becoming the first employee of the website. Marlow hosts Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM. He was named to the Forbes 30 under 30 list for 2015.Marlow was born January 24, 1986 and is of Jewish background. For highschool, he attended Harvard-Westlake School in Los Angeles, the same highschool that fellow Breitbart editor Julia Hahn attended, which led to media attention on the school. Marlow subsequently attended UC Berkeley. While a student at UC Berkeley, he befriended Andrew Breitbart, who hired him as the first ever employee at Breitbart News to do odd jobs and minor copy editing. He says that at the time his job was mostly being a "glorified personal assistant" to Andrew, which subsequently developed into an editorial position as the site took off. Wikipedia
