Abbas Araghchi (Persian: عباس عراقچی, pronunciation Persian pronunciation: [ʔæbˌbɒːse æɾɒːɣˈt͡ʃʰi]; born 1960 in Tehran) is an Iranian politician and career diplomat who is Deputy for Legal and International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran. He is serving as Iran's chief nuclear negotiator in talks with the P5+1.Araghchi entered the Foreign Ministry in 1989.
