William "Rip" Robertson (August 3, 1920 – December 1, 1970) was a highly respected Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Case Officer in the 1950s, 1960s and 1970.Robertson was born in Manard, Muskogee Co., Oklahoma on August 3, 1920 and attended Vanderbilt University before and after the war. During World War II he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served in the Pacific Theater as a Captain and served during the Korean War. He later entered the CIA in 1947 and served as a Paramilitary Operations Officer in their famed Special Activities Division. Wikipedia
