‘Prison Break’ star Robert Knepper accused of sexual assault

A Hollywood costume designer has accused Robert Knepper of sexual assault on the set of “Gas Food Lodging.”

Susan Bertram told the Hollywood Reporter that she had gone into Knepper’s trailer during filming in 1991 when the actor “jumped up,” grabbed her crotch under her dress “as hard as he could” and pushed her against the wall.

"I'm going to f--k your brains out,” Bertram claims Knepper said to her.

The then-31-year-old costume designer said she ran out of the trailer and locked herself in a bathroom, where she discovered that the crotch of her tights were ripped and she was bleeding.

"I just sat there and cried for a while. My dress was torn, I was dirty," she told the Hollywood Reporter.

“I just sat there and got myself together and went back to the wardrobe trailer.”

Bertram told her assistant, who described her as “very upset, very shaken” but both said they didn’t feel like they could report the "Prison Break" star.

She decided to come forward more than 15 years later in part due to President Trump’s “Access Hollywood” “grab them by the p---y” tape.

Knepper denied the allegations.

"Over the past few weeks, my wife and I have discussed the pain women have experienced and the bravery they have shown in coming forward," he wrote on Instagram.

"I am shocked and devastated to be falsely accused of violence against a woman. That’s just not who I am. To those who have reached out today with words of support and encouragement, I thank you from the bottom of my heart."

In the past several weeks, Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, James Toback, Brett Ratner, Ed Westwick and Terry Richardson, as well as others, have been accused of sexual misconduct.
