When Boris Johnson got an advanced copy of the privileges committee report into him last week, he attacked the MPs who had written it and dramatically resigned. Now we can see why: the document is as damning as it gets.As Peter Walker tells Hannah Moore, over the course of more than 100 pages, the committee details the parties that Boris Johnson attended during lockdown. It contrasts his behaviour with his statements to the Commons and concludes that he repeatedly and deliberately misled parliament.
