Data scientist and Microburbs founder Luke Metcalfe discussed the data of the federal election results with Sky News host Paul Murray.

“For every single polling booth, I got the primary vote for each candidate and then clustered them together by parties and then looked at how that matched to the demographics of people who live right near the booths.

“What I found is that there are very strong, powerful correlations that go right across the country that correlate to the swings for the various parties,” he said.
