Peta Credlin ‘I am gobsmacked at what Daniel Andrews gets away with in Victoria’

Sky News host Peta Credlin says she is “gobsmacked” at what Premier Daniel Andrews gets away with in Victoria.

It comes following news Labor strategist John Armitage and his firm were handed a $1.1 million deal - without a competitive tender – by the Andrews government to monitor the views of Victorians on the state government’s pandemic response.

According to Ms Credlin, this is “taxpayer funded party polling” and “nothing more than that”.

“It’s the sort of work that political parties, Labor, Liberal, and others, get external political strategists to do for them, except this time it’s done on the taxpayer dollar," she said.

"That's never allowed at a federal level."
