A long line of customers pushing trolleys snaked around the entrance to a Costco outlet in Melbourne on July 8 as the area returned to Coronavirus-related lockdown. From 11.59pm on July 8 lockdown measures were reintroduced. Victoria’s border with New South Wales was also closed.
