Kelley Ashby Paul (born September 3, 1963) is the wife of ophthalmologist and U.S. Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, who was elected to the United States Senate. Kelley Paul has worked as a political consultant for The Strategy Group for Media and as a freelance writer, and has also published a book titled True and Constant Friends in April 2015.Paul is a graduate of Rhodes College.
